BEETROOT PASTA WITH CHEVRE PINE NUT GARLIC & MINT/BASIL

Into a pan put a good whack of  olive oil pine nuts and colour add garlic to soften then take off heat and toss pasta through adding Goats Chevre and mint & basil or either one whatever your taste tells you.  Cracked pepper and its simple tasty and yum!

SQUID INK PASTA with Tomato Olive Bail Mozarella & garlic

Into a pan put a good whack of  olive oil and garlic and halved cherry tomatoes  & olives into pan and let them soften and coat with oil throw in some torn basil toss in the pan then add the cooked pasta.  Finally tear some lovely mozarella into the pasta and again toss and plate
